Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option is submitted on the customer’s end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later, and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change.

Products shipped from the EU are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days. However, items dispatched from Armenia may take approximately 20 business days to reach you, as they are custom-made before being sent out for delivery.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and keep you informed about the status and location of your order in real-time. If you require modifications to your order, such as order adjustments, cancellations, or changes to the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please be aware that due to our team’s efforts to expedite order processing, we may not always be able to accommodate requests for order cancellation or updates once this 24-hour window has passed.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

For orders in Armenia, gold jewelry may be returned within 1 day of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging. All other jewelry sales in Armenia are final.

Custom-made pieces and jewelry that has been personalized (for example engravings, modifications or made-to-order designs) cannot be returned or exchanged.

When you place an order, we craft the piece specifically for you, which may take a bit longer to process. Be sure to check the expected shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. While we do keep some stock, we don’t carry every piece in every size to avoid overproduction and maintain ethical practices.

Most of our pieces are crafted in solid 14k or 18k gold, with platinum and 995 silver available on many designs. Solid gold and platinum do not rust or discolour, so you can wear your favourite pieces anywhere, every day.

Solid gold and platinum do not rust or discolour, so you can wear them every day without taking them off before washing your hands, showering, sleeping, or exercising. Gold-plated silver is more delicate, so we recommend removing it before water or activity to protect the finish.

To keep your solid gold and platinum pieces shiny, we recommend cleaning them with warm water and a mild washing liquid (no detergents) once every few months. For gold-plated silver, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid water, perfume, and lotions to preserve the plating.
