Nane (Նանէ, pronounced:/'Nanɛ/), the mother goddess of Armenia and the goddess of war and wisdom. Nane was depicted as a young attractive woman dressed as a warrior, equipped with a spear and shield. The design of these rings is reminiscent of her celestial shield.
