Shipping policy
We ship worldwide from our atelier in Yerevan, Armenia. Every order is sent insured and with tracking.
Shipping rates
- Europe — free shipping on all orders. This covers the EU as well as the UK, Switzerland, Norway and the wider European zone shown at checkout.
- Rest of the world — flat €20 per order (United States, Canada, UAE, Australia and all other countries).
- Armenia — free shipping.
Dispatch times
- In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces are handcrafted in approximately 20 business days before dispatch — the product page notes which applies.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Europe and 10-14 business days elsewhere, depending on the carrier and destination. If you would like to receive your order faster, let us know for expedited shipping.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside of Armenia may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority, vary by country, and are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure what applies in your country, contact us before ordering and we will help you estimate.
