At Nayiri Jewelry, we take pride in our handcrafted pieces and want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns for Europe & Rest of the World (Excluding Armenia)
- You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns for Armenia
- Gold jewelry may be returned within 1 day of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.
- All other jewelry sales in Armenia are final.
Custom Orders & Customized Jewelry
- No returns or exchanges on custom-made pieces or jewelry that has been personalized (e.g., engravings, modifications, or made-to-order designs).
